New Product Warranty

All new products are covered by the manufacturer warranty. To claim warranty, you may contact the manufacturer directly or contact your account executive at Hardware Nation. We can help facilitate the warranty processes between the customer and manufacturer.

Manufacturer Refurbished Warranty

Please ask your account executive for warranty information. Normally, the warranty for manufacturer refurbished products is the same as the manufacturer warranty for new products. To claim warranty, you may contact the manufacturer directly or contact your account executive at Hardware Nation. We can help facilitate the warranty processes between the customer and manufacturer.

Used and Refurbished Product Warranty

Hardware Nation will provide a 1-year warranty for all used/refurbished products excluding consumables. To claim warranty please contact your account executive.

Warranty Policy

Hardware Nation’s warranty provides coverage only for defects in manufacturing, and expressly excludes coverage for normal or excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss, and theft.
