Senior Hardware Systems Engineer (Hybrid – On-site and Remote – Duluth, GA):

  • Summary: Lead the design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge hardware systems that power our clients’ network and infrastructure transformations. Bridge the gap between hardware, software, and network engineering to create scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions..
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Hardware Architecture & Design: Lead the development of hardware architectures that meet the unique requirements of data centers, service provider networks, and on-premises environments. Consider factors like performance, power consumption, thermal management, and cost-efficiency.
    • Hardware Component Selection & Integration: Evaluate and select hardware components (CPUs, memory, storage, network interfaces, etc.) that align with design goals. Ensure seamless integration and compatibility with software and network systems.
    • System Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize hardware systems for performance, reliability, and scalability. Identify bottlenecks, propose enhancements, and implement upgrades to meet evolving business needs.
    • Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues across various environments. Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams and clients.
    • Technology Evaluation & Roadmap: Stay abreast of emerging hardware technologies and industry trends. Evaluate new technologies for potential adoption and contribute to the development of the hardware technology roadmap.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, network engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic system design and optimization.
    • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive documentation of hardware designs, configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Share knowledge and best practices with the team.

    • Required Expertise: The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of experience designing and developing hardware systems, a deep understanding of components and their performance, a strong grasp of system-level design principles, proven troubleshooting abilities, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

AI/ML Infrastructure Expert (Hybrid – On-site and Remote – Duluth, GA):

  • Summary: Empower our clients to build scalable and efficient AI infrastructure, both on-premises and in the cloud. Design and implement solutions that leverage distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), on-premises hardware, and hardware acceleration (GPUs, TPUs).
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with clients to assess their AI infrastructure needs and develop tailored solutions that encompass both on-premises and cloud environments.
    • Design and deploy scalable AI infrastructure that can handle large-scale model training and inference, whether on-premises or in the cloud.
    • Optimize infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and resource utilization across on-premises and cloud resources.
    • Integrate AI infrastructure with existing customer systems and workflows, regardless of their deployment model.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure optimal AI infrastructure performance across all environments.
    • Required Expertise: Distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), on-premises hardware architectures, hardware acceleration (GPUs, TPUs), Kubernetes, MLOps frameworks.

AI/ML Model & Training Expert (Remote):

  • Summary: Partner with our clients to develop and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML models. Guide them through the entire model development lifecycle, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
    • Design and develop AI/ML models tailored to specific customer needs and use cases.
    • Apply advanced techniques like deep learning, reinforcement learning, or natural language processing as required.
    • Train and optimize models for accuracy, performance, and efficiency.
    • Deploy models to production environments and monitor their performance.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure model effectiveness and maintainability.
    • Required Expertise: Deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), model optimization techniques, generative AI, large-scale model training and deployment.

Sr. Data Center Network Architect (Hybrid – On-site and Remote – Duluth, GA):

  • Summary: Partner with our customers to design and implement cutting-edge data center networks that are both high-performing and secure. Leverage your deep understanding of spine-leaf architectures, EVPN, VXLAN, and network security best practices to create tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements and business goals.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with customers to assess their data center network requirements and develop comprehensive network designs.
    • Lead the implementation of data center network architectures, incorporating best practices for high-availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery.
    • Provide expert guidance on selecting and deploying appropriate network technologies and protocols for data center environments.
    • Assist customers in troubleshooting complex network issues and optimizing network performance.
    • Required Expertise: Spine-leaf architectures, EVPN, VXLAN, network security.

Network Automation Engineer (Remote):

  • Summary: Work hand-in-hand with our customers to streamline and automate their network operations. Develop custom scripts, tools, and workflows to automate provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting tasks, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Work closely with customers to identify automation opportunities within their network environments and develop customized automation solutions.
    • Design and implement automation frameworks that integrate with existing customer infrastructure and systems.
    • Provide training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of automation tools and workflows.
    • Continuously monitor and optimize automation processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability within customer environments.
    • Required Expertise: Python, Ansible, or similar automation frameworks.

Data Engineer (Remote):

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources into customer data platforms.

Data Scientist (Hybrid – On-site and Remote – Duluth, GA):

  • Key Responsibilities:

DevOps Engineer (On-site – Duluth, GA):

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning with tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and ensure system reliability, helping our customers achieve faster time to market and improved operational efficiency.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Partner with customers to assess their software development and deployment processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, test, and deployment processes within customer environments.
    • Help customers adopt infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
    • Provide training and support to customers on DevOps tools and methodologies.
