Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the shipping confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the shipping confirmation, which could in exceptional circumstances be longer than 30 days.
The U.S. export control and sanctions laws regulate the export and re-export of technology originating in the United States. This includes the electronic transmission of information and software to foreign countries and to certain foreign nationals. You agree to abide by these laws and their regulations. Although we provide the information on this page, you remain responsible for exporting or re-exporting our products in accordance with U.S. law.

Our products may not be used directly or indirectly in the design, development, fabrication, or use of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons or missile technology without U.S. Government authorization.
Prices and Availability of Products
Prices and availability of products are subject to change at any time without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation or a shipping confirmation.

Our goal is your 100% satisfaction with your transaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date. Exceptions for international returns apply based on your country. Product returns are subject to manufacturer restrictions and restock fees. Not all products are eligible for return. Customer agrees to follow the Hardware Nation Policy to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) before attempting to return any products. Please review our return policy.
