AS5812-54X The Edge-Core AS5812-54X DCS208 switch is designed for high-performance, availability, and scalability in enterprise and cloud data centers. The switch offers full line-rate Layer 2 or Layer 3 switching across 48x10GbE SFP+ ports and 6x40GbE QSFP uplinks, suitable for deployment as a Top-of-Rack switch or as part of a 10GbE or 40GbE distributed spine in a non-blocking folded-Clos data center fabric. The DCS208 is compatible with standard 19-inch racks or 21-inch Open Racks with the Open Rack Switch Adapter. This open network switch comes with the Open Network Install Environment (ONIE) for easy installation of compatible Network Operating System (NOS) software, including open-source and commercial NOS offerings.
