Do you know if the AS9737-32DB supports breakout to 4x100G? Or is it fixed 400G only?

Answer:

The QSFP56-DD ports support breakout to 4×100G using PAM4 signaling. You can also break out to 2×200G, 4×25G, or 4×10G depending on the optic and transceiver config.

Question:

Can I run coherent optics like ZR/ZR+ on all 32 ports or just some?

Answer:

Only the upper 16 QSFP56-DD ports support 400G ZR/OpenZR+ coherent transceivers. The lower 16 are for standard NRZ/PAM4 optics.

Question:

Is there native support for PTP and SyncE, or do I need an external timing box?

Answer:

It supports IEEE 1588v2 PTP, SyncE, and has 1PPS timing interfaces built in. No external timing appliance needed for sync.
