Can I still use Onyx on it?

MSN4700-WS2FC is supplied with Cumulus Linux, not Onyx. For a new deployment, use a Cumulus Linux release qualified for the SN4700. An existing Onyx installation needs its own hardware, software-release and support-entitlement check; continued support should not be assumed.

What breakout configurations are available on the 32 QSFP-DD ports?

Answer:

Supported 400G breakouts include 2x200G, 4x100G and 8x50G, depending on the port mode, NOS and cable or optic. A port is limited to eight breakout interfaces; it does not provide 16x25G or 32x10G from one port.
