The SN4600-V has 64 200G QSFP56 ports, while the SN4600C has 64 100G QSFP28 ports. NVIDIA lists the legacy SN4600-V ordering codes as EOL; the SN4600C codes shown in its current table remain listed separately.

Can the SN4600 run SONiC as well as Cumulus Linux?

Answer:

The SN4600C supports Cumulus Linux and NVIDIA’s compatible SONiC software. Use a release qualified for the exact platform. The MSN4600-CS2RC ordering code includes Cumulus Linux; SONiC is a separate image choice. Other NOS options may be available as the ecosystem evolves.
