Overview

The Edge-Core AS5916-54XM-O-AC-F-US is a high performance 800G aggregation router loaded with ONIE. It is compatible with DriveNets ONL, Volta Networks VEVRE, as well as compatible open source and commercial NOS offerings. It incorporates the Broadcom StrataDNX Qumran MX ASIC. The switch supports IEEE 802.1AE MACSEC functionality delivering secure encrypted communications on the 10G downlink ports. It can be deployed either as a Top-of-Rack switch in the data center, or as a carrier access/aggregation switch. This switch is configurable with optics and software.
